The 53rd Gurbāṇī Saṅgīt and Nāda Yōga Intensive Retreat was hosted for the second time by Dr. Henna and Dr. Amaarjit Virdi at their blessed residence in Rochester, MN. Jean and Danial Colson joined me in Italy as I traveled to meet Professor Paolo Ceccarelli, maestro Dr. Claudio Brizi, maestro Giuliana Soscia, and maestro Luigi Polsini. Ahem, with plenty of naughty moments in there!
