Delhi Head Office – Tentative Schedule

  1. Anad is engaged in the recovery and conservation of heritage, both, tangible and intangible. We will be requesting a few professors, scholars and architects to come and speak about the relevance of such efforts to recover cultural assets, memories and practices and conserve them. In order to explore the relevance of conservation from various perspectives such as history, sociology, philosophy among others, we will have the privilege of interacting with the following scholars:

  2. Fund raising is an important aspect of running NGO’s. The students will first learn about the foundation – its vision and activities – and learn how to draft donation request letters and send to:
    1. The mailing list of Anad Foundation.
    2. Corporate sector companies who have already pledged support to Anad.
    3. NGO’s and Foundations.
    4. Government Organizations: They will also get to help plan the proposed 1st annual concert at Sultanpur Lodhi scheduled to be held in November 2012. This will include learning preparation of application and subsequently help applying for grants to the Ministry of Culture through Sangeet Natak Akademi.
    5. Mr. K. J. Singh, one of the foundation’s honorary secretaries will coordinate this process while the students will be briefed and helped by Gaurav Kapoor, the foundation’s C.A.
