On December 31, 2016, the Hon’ble Minister of Art, Culture and Youth, Sri Shiv Chandra Ram inaugurated the Gurū Gaurav 350 event in the presence of Bhai Baldeep Singh, Chairman, The Anād Foundation, Sri Chaitanya Prasad (IAS), Principal Secretary, Department of Art, Culture and Youth, Sri Alok Dhanwa, Chairman, Bihar Sangeet Natak Academy, Sri Anandi Prasad Badal, Chairman, Bihar Lalit Kaka Academy, Sri Anand Kumar (IRS), Additional Secretary, Sri Taranand Mahto Viyogi (BAS), Secretary, Bihar Sangeet Natak Academy, and others.

Marking the 350th birth anniversary of Sahib Sri Guru Gobind Singh, Gurū Gaurav was Bihar Government’s flagship event conceived and coordinated by Conservator and prime-exponent of Gurbani Sangeet, Bhai Baldeep Singh.
