Historical Governance Records

This section is retained as an institutional and archival record of earlier governance, advisory, and associate-trustee structures of The Anād Foundation.

For legal, statutory, banking, tax, audit, CSR, and formal institutional purposes, the Foundation’s legal name is The Anad Foundation. The form Anād is used as the Foundation’s preferred cultural, scholarly, programme, publication, and public-facing style.

Purpose of This Section

The pages under Historical Governance Records preserve references to Founder Trustees, Board of Advisors, and Associate Trustee cycles from earlier phases of the Foundation’s work.

These records are retained for institutional continuity, historical reference, and transparency. They should not be read by themselves as the current Board list, current authorisation record, or present statutory governance statement of the Foundation.

Current Governance

For current statutory, donor, CSR, audit, banking, legal, or governance purposes, please rely on:

  • the Foundation’s current Trust records;
  • Board resolutions;
  • statutory registrations;
  • audited records and filings;
  • documents issued by authorised office-bearers.
