Chartered Accountant; Founder Trustee

Ravinder Singh Ahuja was named among the Founder Trustees of The Anad Foundation at the time of its establishment in 2008.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with professional practice dating from 1980. He is associated with R. S. Ahuja & Co., Chartered Accountants, and has long experience in taxation, audit, direct-tax consultancy, corporate affairs, accounting, and financial advisory matters.

Mr. Ahuja’s association with The Anad Foundation reflects the importance of financial discipline, accounting oversight, audit awareness, statutory compliance, documentation, and fiduciary responsibility in the governance of public charitable institutions.

As Trustee, he has also supported the Foundation’s institutional continuity, Board deliberations, authorisations, and governance safeguards, including matters requiring propriety, documentation, and conflict-of-interest sensitivity.
